Can I use my NDIS plan to pay for laundry services?

Yes — laundry assistance can be funded under Core Supports (Daily Activities) for both self-managed and plan-managed participants. Contact your support coordinator if you are unsure which budget applies.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

We are an unregistered provider, which means we can work with self-managed and plan-managed participants. If your funding is agency-managed, please contact us on 0450 347 322 to discuss your options.

Even though we are an unregistered provider, we provide laundry and ironing services to a high standard and currently service many NDIS clients. We are also in the process of going through the NDIS registration process.

Do you provide invoices for NDIS reimbursement?

Yes — a full itemised invoice is provided after every service, clearly showing the service, date and amount. This is suitable for NDIS plan reimbursement and record-keeping.

Can my support worker arrange the booking on my behalf?

Absolutely. Support workers, plan coordinators and family members are welcome to book and manage the service on behalf of a participant.

How often can I book?

We offer one-off bookings and regular weekly or fortnightly services. Many clients book a standing weekly slot so their laundry is always handled on the same day each week.
